Confirmation
Confirmation, through the action of the Holy Spirit is a sacrament of spiritual strengthening of the sanctifying grace received at Baptism. Confirmation is the superhuman courage we receive to be apostles of Jesus Christ. The Assumption Parish offers the Sacrament of Confirmation as a two-year program starting in 10th grade and then receiving the Sacrament in the Spring of 11th grade. Click here for more information. If you are older than 10th or 11th grade RCIA might be right for you, click here for more information.

"In contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. Now those who belong
to Christ have crucified their flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the
Spirit, let us also follow the Spirit. Let us not be conceited, provoking one another,
envious of one another." -Galations 5:22-26
